Shipping Policy – Kinsley Hill
At Kinsley Hill, we ensure your order is delivered with care, efficiency, and complete transparency. Whether you are ordering from Canada or internationally, we have you covered.
📦Shipping Methods & Packaging
We ship via Canada Post, UPS DHL, and other trusted carriers known for reliable service.
All items are packaged in 2 layers of protective packaging:
Inner layer: transparent PP packaging
Outer layer: white HDPE sheet
Each order is insured to cover loss or shipping damage.
Tracking number will be emailed within 2 business days of shipment.
Estimated delivery time: 4-5 business days (shipping time may vary depending on region or customs delays).
🇨🇦 To Canadian customers
We ship from Langley, British Columbia, and offer local delivery and free pickup.
Taxes (GST 5% + PST 7%) will be collected at checkout.
There are no customs duties or additional tariffs within Canada.
🌍Applies to International Orders (US, Europe, Australia, etc.)
Customer responsibility for customs duties, VAT, and local taxes (if applicable).
These charges vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping costs.
Most US customers do not incur additional customs charges, but please check with your local government for the most accurate information.
⚠️Lost or Damaged Packages
We take full responsibility for your shipment until it reaches you. However, in the rare case that your item may be lost or damaged in transit:
Notify us within 2 days of delivery
Send clear photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)
We will assist with claims and resolve issues quickly

Return & Refund Policy - KinsleyHill
At KinsleyHill, we pride ourselves on providing ethically handcrafted products that are as unique as the people who buy them. Each product is the product of traditional craftsmanship, love and craftsmanship. Therefore, differences and imperfections are not defects, but a manifestation of beauty, which enhances the authenticity and story of each product.
✅ GENERAL POLICIES
Because our items are handmade, all sales are considered final unless there is damage during shipping or the item is shipped incorrectly.
Slight differences in color, pattern, size and finish, as well as minor imperfections or modifications (especially on rugs) are normal and expected. These are not imperfections, but a sign of authenticity.
📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES – DOMESTIC (CANADA) & WORLDWIDE
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged (with photo proof),
You received the wrong product (wrong design/size).
Returns must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Once the returned item is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
🚫Non-Returnable/Final Sale Items
All international orders are final sales - no returns or refunds.
All discounted, clearance or promotional items are final sales.
Custom orders and made-to-measure products are final sales.
If a refund is approved, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🧵Handmade Disclaimer
Each piece is handmade and no two are exactly alike. We believe this uniqueness adds character and soul to your home. Minor imperfections in weave, dye or shape are not defects.
